Immaculately clean place with city views and extremely helpful and very amiable staff. Easy check in & the service was exceptional! Amazing pool to relax in too.

I thoroughly enjoyed its good-sized and immaculate rooms.

It made my trip to Richmond a really really nice experience. The hotel was reasonably clean and in a magnificent and wonderful location, the staff were very very helpful. The provided service was excellent. Besides, the parking was on site.

Everybody was attentive and knowledgeable. Loved the room, it was impressive and immaculate with a double queen bed.

truly enjoyed our stay, recommend. everything was perfectly fine, including service-oriented and exceptionally attentive staff. the premier king room with great views was ideal for our trip. the pool was excellent, sensational breakfasts with free beverages. the location of the hotel was best possible and peaceful, in historic area. besides, we were close enough to many restaurant choices, the restaurant and fine arts.

The river view from my room was beautiful and relaxing I appreciated the room's comfortable decor, made my stay more pleasant.

The service was lacking upon arrival.

Had a blast with friends exploring the Liberty Trail and Riverfront Canal Walk. The hotel was a great spot to relax after our adventures. We checked out local eateries nearby. Just a heads up, parking can be tricky, but it's manageable if you plan ahead.

We did encounter a minor issue with our room having a damp spot on the floor, but it didn't affect our stay significantly since we mostly just slept there.

Perfect for a quick getaway

We stayed for one night and it was pretty enjoyable. Check-in was smooth and the guy at the front desk was super chill. The room had a killer view and those beds? So comfy! Late-night room service was a nice surprise. Just wish the toilet didn't take its sweet time to flush. A solid spot to kick back.

The pool was awesome for the kids, and we appreciated the cute children's activity kits! Loved the clean, comfy rooms too.

I stayed in a Beautiful Room with 1 queen bed for one night. The room was clean and well-decorated, great! The bed felt super comfy. The shower had some issues with water backing up, a bit of a bummer. Otherwise, I enjoyed the overall vibe of the room and its amenities.

The stay included a clean room and attentive staff. There were issues with the shower, where dirty water made it impossible to wash comfortably. While I received a discount for the inconvenience, the situation could have been addressed more effectively with alternative options. Unfortunately, these factors affected the anticipated comfort of my stay.
